All waste of animals or animal products unsuitable for human consumption are to be collected by an authorized firm. Said parts must be kept in special containers by slaughterhouses and meat processing plants until collection takes place which must be carried out in such a way as to avoid the spreading of animals diseases. The Ordinance consists of 10 articles and 3 Annexes.
