The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the care of animals. In particular, it deals with incorporation of humane care codes of practice, euthanasia, treatment and maintenance of animals in certain accepted activities, prohibited practices, general inspection requirements, etc. The text consists of 18 sections and 2 Schedules.
