The Minister of Agriculture shall indicate, in accordance with section 3, animals, diseases and pests subject to the provisions of the present Act. Regulation making powers of the Minister for purposes of eradication and prevention of animal pests and diseases are outlined in section 5. Sections 6 to 8 provide for the prevention of the spreading of diseases by regulating the importation and exportation of goods and animals. Section 9 concerns straying animals. Sections 12 to 14 provide for the c
