This Act concerns the protection of animal health in Yukon by preventing the entry and spread of diseases. It contains provisions on health certificates (sect. 3), on the importation of animals (sect. 4), on inspectors and inspections. Sections 16 lists the actions that inspectors may take to stop the spread of diseases while sections 17 and 18 deal with quarantine.
