This Regulation concerns animals raised for or used in research, teaching, breeding or testing at universities. Each university is required to establish an Animal Care Committee which, among others, must act as a liaison between the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development and the university (sect. 3). Sections 6 to 11 are dedicated to dogs.
