These Regulations amend provisions of the Animals and Animal Products (Examination for Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998: in provisions concerning notification of sampling results; in relation with changes in Community legislation; and to remove provisions duplicated in the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2005.
