These Regulations amend the principal regulations in relation to England to make provision to give effect to: Article 1 of Commission Decision 2002/242/EC amending for the ninth time Decision 2001/327/EC concerning restrictions to the movement of animals of susceptible species with regard to foot-and-mouth disease.
