This Act concerns the prevention of diseases affecting animals. The Act consists of 39 sections divided into 5 Parts: Without title b(sects. 1-2), veterinary surgeons (sects. 3-11), Importation of animals (sects. 12-14), Precautions against the spread of disease (sects. 15-26), Miscellaneous (sects. 27-39).
