The present Announcement completes the Ordinance by the State Ministry of Environment and Agriculture of Saxony on plants handling water polluted substances (Saxony Hazardous Installations Ordinance) of 18 April 2000. In particular, the Announcement enforces article 9 of the afore-mentioned Ordinance establishing that the operator of a facility of increased risk level has to issue an explanatory leaflet with the minimum content laid down in the afore-mentioned Announcement.
