The present Regulation is enacted under the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation Act. Wildlife Damage Compensation Regulation (Man. Reg. 20/98). In particular, the Regulation establishes that the appeal tribunal is authorized to hear, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Act, appeals under Parts 1 and 2 of the Wildlife Compensation Regulation.
