This Law may be cited as the Aquaculture amendent Law 2002, and shall be read together with the Aquaculture Law 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the Aquaculture Law of 2000 and 2002). The present Law sets forth a number of amendments to 2000 Law on aquaculture regarding mainly the power of the Director to issue fishing licenses and other specific terms regarding the functioning of aquaculture farms.
