This Act amends existing legislation and makes new rules relative to fish farming, salmon fisheries, sea fisheries and protection of shellfish waters in Scotland. The Act amends the Aquaculture and Fisheries (Scotland) 2007 with the insertion of provisions for fish farm management agreements and statements.
