This Act amends the amend the Aquaculture, Inland and Marine Products and By-Products (Inspection, Licensing and Export) Act in various provisions as respect to import of aquaculture products into Jamaica and export of fish products from Jamaica. It also establishes proper and adequate guidelines for all aspects of the fishing industry.
