These Regulations shall apply to aquaculture enterprises in order to control and monitor the eventual presence of residues of chemicals and other substances as per Schedule I, to establish and implement a national monitoring plan, collecting and analysing fish samples. Fish and their products must result clean from the abovementioned substances and the sale , trade or human consumption of adulterated fish shall not be permitted.
