This Act amends the Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1989 by inserting new definitions to section 2 and by inserting two new Chapters as follows: Chapter V-A on the establishment of private yards; and Chapters VII-A on contract farming agreements.
