Regulations to implement provisions of the Australian Wool Research and Promotion Organization Act. They prescribe organizations for the purposes of paragraph 28 (6) (b) of the Act, define liability to pay-roll tax of the various States of the Commonwealth and provide for contributions to costs of Australian Animal Health Council.
