This Ordinance amends section 3 of the Baluchistan Ground Water Rights Administration Ordinance, 1978 by inserting a new clause (l) in subsection (6) stipulating that the Board shall install water meters or other water measuring devices to determine the existing withdrawal of ground water through tube wells, open surface wells, persian wells, etc.
