This Act establishes the Bangladesh Rubber Board. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Board, entitled to the following activities: identifying lands for rubber plantations in cooperation with all ministries or departments; implementing the recommendations relating to policy and planning, providing advice and assistance; developing rubber plantations and rubber industry; marketing or producing rubber case, providing the necessary support for export; etc.
