This Instrument amends the Barramundi Fishery Management Plan by inserting new definitions to clause 4; adding a new clause 4A on the meaning of “river”; making minor changes to clause 8 on fishery areas; making minor word changes to clause 13 on minimum mesh size of gillnet; making minor word changes to Schedule 1 on holding areas; by substituting Schedule 5 with a new Schedule on closure lines; and by inserting at the end of Schedule 6 a new note.
