This Order makes provision for the control of the bee diseases: American foul brood, European foul brood and Varroosis. It provides for samples of bees, combs and hive debris to be submitted to the Department of Agriculture to see if they are free from infection (arts. 4(2) and 5(1)). If the presence of American foul brood, European foul brood or Varroosis is confirmed, the Department may serve on the beekeeper from whose hive the sample was taken a notice requiring the destruction, treatment or
