This Act provides for the control of disease in bees and the conservation of bees found in the wild. The Act consists of 27 sections divided into 5 Parts: Preliminary (I); Control of disease (II); Conservation of bees found in the wild (III); Bee keeping (IV); General (V).
An Act to provide for the control of disease in bees and the conservation of bees found in the wild; to regulate bee-keeping; and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.
