This Act establishes the Tourism Authority as a body corporate, defines its functions and powers and provides with respect to its administration and organization. The Authority shall be governed by a Board. The Authority shall, among other things: develop and promote Bermuda as a tourist destination; advise the Government on matters relating to travel and tourism; implement the National Tourism Plan; ensure that the development of tourism is appropriate and sustainable given the size, environmen
