Biocidal Products Ordinance (2000:338).

This Ordinance contains provisions about biocidal products. With respect to pesticides which are not biocidal products, the provisions in the Ordinance on Plant Protection Products shall apply. The Ordinance carries into effect in Sweden Community legislation regarding pesticides.
