The present Regulations are made under the Canada Shipping Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to fees concerning inspection of ships. The text consist of 35 sections divided into 8 Parts as follows: General (I); First inspections, re-inspections and periodical inspections (II); Inspection of non-Canadian ships (III); Miscellaneous inspections, tests and certificates (IV); Examination of plans (V); Load line surveys (VI); Pollution prevention fees (VIII).
