In implementing EC decisions relating to certain protection measures relating to bovine spongiform encephalopathy, these Regulations: (a) enable samples to be taken for the purpose of enabling the Official Elisa tests for identification of ruminant protein in feed intended for ruminants to be carried out (reg. 3).
