These Regulations, made under section 13(4) of the Branding of Cattle Act, specifies fees for: the registration of brand; the renewal of registration of brand as proprietor; transfer of brand (the fee payable for the registration of a person other than the proprietor of a registered brand as the proprietor of such brand for the purposes of section 20 of the Act); a duplicate brand.
