This Act makes provision for the branding of cattle and other selected livestock and for the keeping of a register of brands. The Governor in Council may appoint a registrar of brands, a deputy registrar of brands and inspecting officers under section 4. Sections 5 to 20 provide for the application for and registration of a various brands for various types of animals and the use of such brands. Slaughterhouse inspector shall furnish information on brands of slaughtered animals weekly to the insp
