The Registrar, appointed under section 3, shall keep separate registers for the registration of brands of: (a) horses; (b) cattle; (c) and sheep and goats. Sections 5 and 6 provide for the application for the registration of a brand. Brands shall be allotted by Registrar in accordance with section 7. A certificate of registration shall be issued.
