These Regulations amend the Bread (Control of Manufacture and Sale) Regulations 1998 in regulation 2 in relation to the definition of "bread" and by repealing the Schedule of the principal Regulations and by replacing it by the Schedule to these Regulations. The Schedule specifies standards and prices for types of bread that may be sold.
