These Regulations provide for the control of the manufacturing and sale of bread. No person shall carry on the business of a baker without a licence issued by the Minister. The Minister may attach conditions to the licence. No person shall manufacture, expose, sell or offer for sale bread of any type other than that specified in the Schedule, except with the approval of the Minister.
