Rule 2 shall be susbstituted with a new definition of experiement, widening the original meaning of the word and adapting it to the new technologies involving transgenic or genetic manipulation; Rules 5,6,7,9 and others shall be substituted and the amendments are related mostly to legal and administrative procedures.
