The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order provides for the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of turkey produced in British Columbia. Section 5 establishes that the Commodity Board shall designate the agencies through which the regulated product shall be processed, packed, stored or marketed.
