Cabinet Regulation No. 235 of 2012 on Procedures for Determining the Payment for Disposal of Hazardous Waste

The Regulation prescribes the procedures, by which payment for disposal of hazardous waste is determined. A waste manager, which performs disposal of hazardous waste, must prepare a project for calculating the payment in accordance with the costs referred to in Paragraph 3 of and Annex to this Regulation and with the formula referred to in Paragraph 4 of this Regulation.
