The Regulation prescribes the procedures according to which alcoholic beverages that are produced, processed, stored, sold, dispatched or received in the customs territory of the Republic of Latvia are labelled with excise duty stamps. Excise duty stamps must be ordered and received by the Ministry of Finance.
