The Regulation prescribes the procedures for the cleaning and deepening of surface water bodies and port basins. It does not apply to surface water bodies, which are located within the boundaries of a single property – streams, rivulets and ponds; and elimination of the historic military pollution in the Channel Karaostas Kanāls, Liepāja.
