This Resolution consisting of 12 articles aims at establishing the apparatus for management and development of national parks, under the responsibility of the Ministry of Tourism. Purpose of this body is to promote the establishment, develop and conserve the national parks, together with the facilities and leisure activities for tourism without damaging the environment. Provisions of this Resolution regard some parks in Tripoli, Bayda, Benghazi, and the Wildlife Project on Tripoli Airport Road.
