This Act in the amended 2002 version, provides for the cattle, including horses,oxen, sheep, goats and swine, its keeping in selected areas, the restrictions applying to the locations of pens and other enclosure in Singapore areas, the restrictions on cattle movements in a certain area at a set date, the necessary Licence to hold cattle and transport it, the offences and relative penalties.
An Act to provide for the licensing of places used for the keeping of cattle, the control of the movement and transport of cattle and matters incidental thereto for the purpose of the preservation of public health.
