This Chapter provides for the appointment of agriculture extension agents by and under the supervision of the Chief of Agriculture and Forestry. These agents shall, among other things: (a) assist and educate local farmers in coconut planting, thinning and bushing, copra processing, and vegetable and fruit crop production; and (b) demonstrate new agricultural techniques.
