This Act requires the Director of the Department of Land and Natural Resources to establish within the Department a conservation and resources enforcement program relating to the enforcement of legislation relating to fishing and hunting. The Director shall delegate powers of enforcement to the Chief of the Division of Forestry and Marine Conservation and the Chief shall further delegate duties to conservation and resources enforcement officers. The Act defines powers of such officers and the Ch
