This Chapter grants powers Director of the Department of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries to regulate the harvesting of trochus and sea cucumbers and to provide for their protection. The Chapter also requires a permit of the Development Review Commission for the possession of more than five sea cucumbers. The Director shall issue Regulations as prescribed by this Chapter and take into account environmental concerns.
