Chapter 13 of Title 14 of the Kosrae State Code - The Marine Spaces.

This Chapter states that the State's marine space extends seaward twelve miles from the State's baseline as defined by national law. It also defines right of the State Government to use the waters, land and other natural resources within the marine space of a municipality.
