This Chapter concerns use and lease of public land. The Public Lands Trust Board of Trustees may, subject to provisions of this Chapter, authorize use and lease agreements in respect of public lands. Land may be leased to foreign companies but only for the time they are doing business in Pohnpei. Rights to minerals and exhaustible resources and other uses defined by the Board to be of public interest.
