Chapter 3 of Title 22 of the Code of Federated States of Micronesia- Copra Trade Licensing.

This Act requires a licence to be obtained for the purchase of copra for purposes of exportation. Licences shall be issued by the Secretary of Resources and Development in accordance with Regulations and procedures promulgated by this public officer. Appeal against decisions of the Secretary may be lodged with the Board of Directors of the Copra Stabilization Board.
