This Chapter sets out conditions and procedures for judicial foreclosing on the property of a debtor by the creditor. The creditor may bring a civil action for foreclosure in such manner as the court may order. The creditor may at any time abandon non-judicial foreclosure procedures and proceed by a civil action.
