This Chapter sets out conditions and procedures for judicial foreclosing on the property of a debtor by the creditor. The creditor may bring a civil action for foreclosure in such manner as the court may order. The creditor may at any time abandon non-judicial foreclosure procedures and proceed by a civil action. After having carried out the proper procedural requirements regarding the defendant or defendants, the court may order foreclosure in such manner as it deems will best protect the right
