This Chapter defines prohibited acts in the field of marine fisheries and related sectors such as the handling of and trade in fish and other marine resources. Prohibited acts include: engaging in inland fishing with a foreign fishing vessel; use of prohibited methods of fishing; the taking of any action likely to damage or degrade the quality of the fishery waters or fish or damage coral reefs; use of driftnets; knowingly buying, selling, possessing or otherwise trading in fish, fish products,
