Chapter 5 of Title 19 of the Chuuk State Code - Coconut Authority.

This Act establishes the Chuuk State Coconut Authority which shall be instrumental in: buying, processing, manufacturing and selling products derived from the coconut tree; preserving and revitalizing the copra industry; and stabilizing the price for copra within the State. “Products derived fro a coconut tree” include the coconut tree, copra oils and coconuts.
