This Chapter creates a development loan fund in the State of Pohnpei for purposes of promoting the advancement of the development goals and objectives of the Pohnpei Development Plan. The loan fund shall be administered and managed by the Federated States of Micronesia Development Bank, which shall establish terms and conditions of loans.
