Chapter 6 of Title 19 of the Kosrae State Code (Marine Resources) - Administrative Enforcement Proceedings.

This Chapter prescribes procedures consequential upon violation of legislation regarding marine resources. The Director of the Department of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries shall report all violations to the Attorney General and may, with the approval of the Attorney General, enforce this legislation through administrative proceedings as provided in this Chapter.
