This Chapter makes provision for the enforcement of legislation regarding the management and conservation of marine resources in the State of Kosrae. It also defines the civil liability of officers of a company that violates provisions of such legislation, defines liability in general in relation with violations, sets forth presumptions regarding prima facie evidence and regulates other matters regarding proof.
