This Chapter makes provision with respect to the forfeiture of property in relation with enforcement of legislation regarding the management and conservation of marine resources in the State of Kosrae. The Chapter defines what may be forfeited and sets out the jurisdiction for and procedures of forfeiture. It also provides for disposal of forfeited goods.
